All ApeLevel.eth NFTs are variations of Ape Parkour Inc. (Ape Level Gaming) trademarks. As the sole source material for the generations, our logo represents a distinguishable trademark of Ape Level Gaming. ApeLevel.eth, acknowledging this fact, hereby surrenders commercial rights to each NFT, to the extent that the NFT holder can provide legal ownership proof in a court of law.

While artificial intelligence was utilized in generating these variations, they are sufficiently close to our logo to provide the legal right to sell them as NFTs without the requirement of providing third-party royalties. The generations of NFTs have been bought and paid for, removing any obligation for further payments or royalties.
